The Air Jordan 4 first debuted in 1989 with a unique at-the-time design. The Tinker Hatfield shoe featured a mid-cut similar to the Jordan 3, a large "Flight" logo on the tongue, plastic lace hole accents and a visible Air-Sole unit. All of these features have been replicated with care in the 25th Anniversary edition.
